Technical supportThe purpose of Technical Support is to solve customers' problems concerning Vertex software and peripherals. The most convenient way to get technical support is to use the support request form. The service is available for Vertex customers with a valid maintenance agreement. Technical Support by phone is available from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm local time (excluding lunch hour 11:30 - 12:00 am). Technical Support is given in English or Finnish language.
