Technical support

The purpose of Technical Support is to solve customers' problems concerning Vertex software and peripherals.

The most convenient way to get technical support is to use the support request form.

The service is available for Vertex customers with a valid maintenance agreement.

Technical Support by phone  is available from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm local time (excluding lunch hour 11:30 - 12:00 am).  Technical Support is given in English or Finnish language.

Technical Support can help solve problems in translating drawings or 3D-models from VERTEX to other CAD formats or vice versa. We also can handle the whole translation process if requested to (this will be charged on hourly basis).
